Kennywood Corndogs
(As close as we can get so far---more sampling is needed...)
Ingredients :
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
Preparation :
Mix together all ingredients. Dip dogs in the batter and fry in hot oil until brown.
